Builders, Inc. has been building and remodeling homes since
1968. We are familiar with all phases of construction, starting
with foundations and ending with interior trim. We do all
aspects of work including -but not limited to- painting, additions,
pop tops, renovations, restorations, remodels, updates, framing,
interior trim, custom woodworking, tile of all kinds including
marble, granite, porcelain and ceramic or even building custom
homes. We also work with our clients who would like to custom
build the kitchen, bathroom or any room of their home. We
can custom design your rooms, use your design or help you
design the rooms and home of your dreams. Most work is done
by in house trained employees of MKD
Builders while we may contract out to other vendors
with complete knowledge of our clients.
We
have at our disposal a licensed arhcitect
to help design your addition, whole-house remodel or custom
home. As well, MKD Builders uses only top quality products and
materials for your home.
As
our motto states, we provide all our clients with quality work
and service that is done with the utmost integrity, character
and excellence. We will not compromise our work or ethics nor
will we compromise your home.
Quality
work is more than cosmetics. It starts from step one and each
step taken to acheive your project needs to be done with the
highest craftsmanship, wisdom and understanding of the work
involved and care on the part of the contractor. Each project
is done to last and endure. MKD Builders understands the time
and money that each client spends is valuable and we will do
our best to honor that as well as make you proud of your home.
Due
to changing prices in materials, we offer estimates on any job
with a 10 day price guarantee.
The cost of estimates will be determined by the project. While
some are free of charge, services such as custom projects will
have a nominal fee.

- photos of projects throughout the years are available to view
during consultations and free estimates.
